Wizard Subclasses
Below are some highlights of some of our favorite homebrew wizard subclasses!
Order of Delvers
Wizards are often known for their insatiable curiosity, yet the Order of Delvers go even further than most in their pursuit of lost knowledge. Arcanists of this order are just as likely to be observed buried beneath a pile of books in an ancient library as they are to be found trekking through hidden ruins in a boggy swamp or a dragon’s lair. Delver wizards may merely seem like academics, historians, or museum curators, but when the time to get their hands dirty and dive into mysterious darkened corridors arrives, they lead the way without compunction.

Order of the Cosmos
Members of the Order of the Cosmos are often considered to be an oddity among not only spellcasters, but also wizards. Some are completely aloof, choosing to live in the wilds where they may better see the night sky. Others instead reside in grand cities where they can use the newest inventions to view a single star for an entire lifetime. Whatever the case may be, these wizards' magic is interwoven with the inspiration of the cosmos.

Order of Magizoologists
Wizards who join the Order of Magizoologists are known for their insatiable curiosity of magical beasts and monstrosities. They can often be found in strange locales, whispering questions to and exchanging information with curious creatures. They often weave their knowledge of nature into their magic, like their druidic colleagues, and are known for investigating the mysteries of the wilds with canny animal companions at their side.
